For more than 130 years, Cheshire Medical Center’s mission has been to advance the health and wellness of the Monadnock Region by delivering outstanding care and exceptional service to the people and communities we serve. It’s a mission that our team members – your friends, neighbors, family members – strive to meet each and every day.

The past three years have been especially difficult for healthcare organizations nationwide due to the pandemic and unprecedented staffing challenges, and Cheshire Medical Center has not been immune. This was compounded by a series of significant challenges specific to our institution. We want to assure you of our commitment to proactively identify and address all of these issues as we redouble our efforts to be the world-class organization you deserve.

The good news is that difficult times have brought about important changes for our hospital community, and improvements that, we are confident, will make us stronger going forward.

It is our goal to strengthen our culture of excellence, continuing to be a place where people want to work and where patients turn for critical and compassionate care. We must always be an organization that our community considers an exceptionally capable and trusted resource and partner. Anything less is not an option.
