2. Apply

Click "Apply" on a position of interest to create a HealthcareSource account. Fill out your employment information for this position or any others you apply for in the future. This may take 30 minutes to an hour to complete, depending on your work history and if you have the relevant information at hand.

3. Interviewing

If you seem like a potential fit for the position, one of our recruiters will reach out to conduct a phone screening that starts the process of getting to know you better. After that, they may reach out to schedule multiple online or in-person interviews with you.

4. Offer

If you are selected for a position, our team will reach out with an offer of employment letter. This offer is contingent upon a background check (which can take up to 3 weeks in New Hampshire) and a health evaluation.

How do jobs listed as "Cheshire Medical Center" and "Dartmouth Hitchcock" differ?

While both types of positions are hired through our Human Resources department and report to the same management structure, benefits may vary slightly by each business entity, joined through our membership within Dartmouth Health.  

All of these jobs take place on the same campuses and satellite locations, providing a seamless patient experience.

Yes. Please provide a full work history to ensure a proper evaluation of your work experience and credentials.

When will I be contacted for an interview?

Once our recruitment team receives your application, we will review it and, if appropriate, forward it to the hiring manager for consideration. If the hiring manager is interested in scheduling an interview, one of our recruiters will contact you to schedule a phone screening.

Where do I get a copy of the job description and salary information for a posted position?

I’m scheduled for an interview. Where should I park?

Please plan on parking in any of the visitor parking available in the front or to the side of the building. View directions to Cheshire Medical Center.

Traffic can be busy and parking scarce, so give yourself extra time to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled interview.

I am unable to keep my scheduled interview, who should I contact?

Please call Human Resources at 603-354-6520 to reschedule your interview.

What kind of orientation do you provide?

All new hires participate in General and online orientation. The orientation covers a range of topics, including policies, benefits, and department-specific orientation information.

Newly licensed nurses also complete a nursing residency.

What are the requirements for practicing nursing in New Hampshire?
