- Educational achievement awards
- In-house employee development programs
- On-site amenities include dining services, credit union, pharmacy, use of the rehabilitation gym workout center
The Children's Learning Center
Employees of Cheshire Medical Center and Dartmouth Hitchcock Clinics qualify for child care at The Children's Learning Center on our main campus. Grandchildren of employees may also be eligible to attend, based on availability.
It is open Monday through Friday, year-round from 6:30 am to 5:30 pm, with the exception of the holidays recognized by Cheshire Medical Center, and provides care to children between ages 6 weeks and 14 years old.
Morning and afternoon snacks are provided for your child. Outdoor play is very important so if the weather is cooperating, the staff make every effort to get everyone in their care outside daily. The curriculum is based on The Early Learning Standards, Conscious Discipline, and The Pyramid Model.
The center is licensed by the State of New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, with Licensed Plus Status, and has been owned, operated, and subsidized by Cheshire Medical Center since 1992.
