World-class expertise

Our surgeons are board-certified and fellowship-trained in their specialties. They combine advanced surgical expertise with personalized treatment plans to get you back to the activities you enjoy as soon as possible.

Convenient access

You shouldn't have to wait to get the care you need. We offer same-day and next-day appointments for most patients with new injuries. Outpatient joint replacement procedures help reduce pain, shorten recovery time, and allow you to heal at home.

Advanced technologies

Our surgeons use minimally invasive techniques and advanced technologies to improve joint function, reduce pain, and support faster recovery. We also prioritize non-surgical treatment options whenever possible.

Personalized support

We focus on your care from start to finish, answering questions and supporting you through every step of your recovery. An athletic trainer is available within days after surgery to support your rehabilitation.

Advanced treatments and personalized care

Our surgeons use minimally invasive techniques and advanced technologies to help improve joint function, reduce pain, and support faster recovery. These include:

  • Advanced joint preservation techniques designed to delay or prevent joint degeneration
  • Computer-guided navigation for shoulder and ACL procedures to improve precision and joint function
  • Robotic-assisted joint replacement for more precise removal of damaged tissue and joint placement, less trauma to surrounding soft tissues, and a more natural range of motion
  • Wide awake hand and wrist surgery that uses local anesthesia to prioritize patient comfort, allowing many patients to drive home and return to work or activities the same day

Depending on the location and nature of your problem, we create a personalized treatment plan that works for you. Your team is with you every step of the way, from testing through rehabilitation. Our goal is to help you safely get back to the activities you enjoy.

Collaboration for the best care

For most orthopaedic problems, your diagnostic testing, surgery, recovery, and rehabilitation all happen right here with providers at Cheshire Medical Center. Our teams work together under one roof, so you have access to the best collaborative care, close to home.

For some problems, our team works closely with other orthopaedic specialists at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center to offer highly-specialized surgeries. Our team here in Keene may provide most of your care, but your surgery and immediate recovery will happen in Lebanon, New Hampshire. We try to keep your follow-up care as close to home as possible, and you will work with our rehabilitation therapists after your surgery.
