New patients
Thank you for choosing our outpatient nutrition services for your medical care.
If your insurance company does not need a referral for nutrition services, you can call to make an appointment directly.
If you are a patient within the Dartmouth Health system, please ask your primary care provider (PCP) or another provider to forward a referral with all pertinent medical records.
Once we receive your referral, our schedulers will call you to schedule your initial appointment. The scheduling secretary will explain your appointments to you in detail.
Insurance
Most insurance companies cover nutrition services. Please contact your insurance company for your plan’s coverage and to find out if they require a referral for services.

Hours: Weekdays, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Appointment availability may extend beyond the hours listed. Please call for more information.
