Resident Stipends for 2024-2025

  • PGY1: $70,387
  • PGY2: $73,607
  • PGY3: $77,775

Paid time off

  • 15 vacation days (plus 5 additional days paid at the end of the year due to limitations on total time away from the American Board of Family Medicine requirements)
  • 5 flex days
  • There is no roll-over or accumulation of paid time off

Medical and prescription insurance: $0 Deductible PPO Plan

Dental insurance

Vision insurance (toward frames and lenses)

Short-term disability (STD) insurance: 100% of base salary for up to 90 days

Long-term disability (LTD) insurance: equal to 80% of base salary, to a maximum benefit of $3,750 per month.

Life insurance: 1x salary to a maximum of $100,000 Resident/Fellows Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance

Professional liability coverage: primary limits are $1 million for each claim and $3 million aggregate when practicing within the scope of employment by Cheshire/DH

Additional benefits: $1,500 for meals per year paid in bi-weekly payments
