Cheshire Medical Center is a member of the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health (D-HH) system. D-HH is New Hampshire’s only academic health system and the state’s largest private employer. Being part of D-HH strengthens our ability to serve patients and families by providing access to a network of experts and facilities across the region, benefits our staff through additional opportunities, and provides collaborative expertise across the health system.
The bonds between Cheshire Medical Center and Dartmouth-Hitchcock run deep. From our first Joint Operating Agreement in 1998 to formally joining the D-HH system in 2015, our partnership has always made us better. Cheshire is now a regional referral center within the system, which brings many benefits for our patients and staff.
Patients have access to outstanding specialists right here in our region. Shared electronic records make second opinions easy and the transition of care seamless. Being a D-HH member provides us with state-of-the-art resources and strengths.
