Join Ruth Goldstein, Outpatient Registered Dietitian, for a practical look into the wide world of organic food. She’ll review what makes organic foods unique, and reasons to consider adding some into your diet. She’ll talk about what to look for on labels and how to navigate confusing terms including natural, free range, pasture raised, grass-fed, sustainable, organically raised and certified organic. She will provide links to some free resources to help you make choices in the grocery store. Lastly there will be a ½ hour Q & A session to make sure your questions are addressed.
