How can I manage stress more effectively? What are the habits and skills of daily living that contribute to greater happiness and well-being? People have been asking these questions for many years, if not millennia. Wisdom gathered through the years has guided us. More recently, scientific exploration has provided us with additional evidence, or kind of map, regarding the types of practices that help answer these age-old questions.

This three-session program will provide an overview and introduction to practices and specific skills that contribute to “hardwiring” our minds and bodies towards greater resilience and well-being.
