Squash. Dried grains. Canned beans. Frozen vegetables. Dry goods and pantry staples can form the foundation for satisfying meals all fall and winter long. This presentation will demonstrate ways to stock your pantry with full meals in mind. Keene State College dietetic interns will facilitate a discussion on how to shop for, store and prepare meals that are built around inexpensive staples.
