I chose to specialize in family medicine because I wanted to help patients develop healthier lifestyles. By doing so, they can prevent disease and promote long-term health. I have seen firsthand how much easier it is to prevent disease than it is to treat it. I enjoy working with my patients to help them make informed decisions to foster their general wellness.

I provide empathetic, evidence-based care that makes my patients feel seen and heard. I am nonjudgmental and encourage my patients to be their authentic selves with me. I recognize and respect my patients’ values, life experiences, and perspectives. I explain things in ways that make sense to my patients and motivate them to play an active role in their health and wellness.

I am passionate about helping others. Each patient-provider interaction provides an opportunity to listen, educate, empower, and heal. I enjoy meeting people with diverse backgrounds from all walks of life. I love learning and growing as a provider to better serve my community.
